What are the dates?

  • July 10, 2024 – Virtual Workshops
  • July 11, 2024 – In-person Workshops (various locations, limited capacity)
  • July 12 & 15, 2024 – In person Conferences sessions at RBC WaterPark Place

Is this a virtual or an in-person conference?

A portion is virtual and a portion in-person (There is NO hybrid option for the in-person dates)

Can I watch the talks virtually?

The talks are held in-person and are not streamed – We will however have bonus virtual workshops for ticket holders, July 10, 2024.

Which sessions are going to be recorded? When will the recordings be available and do I have access to them?

Most sessions will be recorded during the event (provided speaker permits) and will be made available to attendees approximately 2-3 weeks after the event and be available for 12 months after release.

Note: In-person workshops will NOT be recorded

Is there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

There is not. All ticket purchasers are welcome.

What's the refund policy?

Tickets are refundable 30 days prior to the event.

Please see our Who Attends Section for a full breakdown. Participants range from data scientists, to engineers, to business executives, and students. We’ll have multiple tracks and in app brain-dates to accommodate various vantage points and maturity levels.

Can I speak at the event?

Yes you can submit an abstract here.

Will you give out the attendee list?

No, we do our best to ensure attendees are not inundated with messages, We allow attendees to stay in contact through our slack channel and follow-up monthly socials.

Can my company have a display?
